All of our animals are captive breed by us unless otherwise noted. Guaranteed. We stand behind the quality and health of our animals 100%. If we would not buy the animal then we will not sell the animal. We take great care and pride in our collection and strive to ensure that the animals you receive from us is an animal you will be equally proud of. Guarantee: All of our animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed, honestly represented and in excellent health, free of parasites. All of our animals will be well established eaters on the appropriate size prey item with at least four consecutive feedings. If there are any problems with an animal we must be notified within 24 hours. All of our animals are guaranteed for 48 hours after being received. Once an animal leaves our care we no longer have control over the care that they receive. Also due to the stress of shipping and new surroundings we do not guarantee the temperament of any animal. Refunds will only be made in the event there are no other solutions to honor our guarantee. Shipping: In order to guarantee live arrival we are currently only shipping via Delta Dash same day for a flat rate of $120.00 unless otherwise agreed upon during the sale. All shipments must be picked up within 2 hours or arrival at your airport. Shipping will be done Monday thru Friday on the earliest available flight unless other arrangements have been made. Due to seasonal extremes in temperature (heat/cold) shipping will be done at our discretion to ensure the health and safety of the animals. We currently offer domestic shipping in the United States only. Payment: All payments must be made in full before any animal will be shipped. The preferred method of payment is credit card through our merchant account, but we will also except pay-pal, personnel check, postal money orders and cashier checks. Shipment will not be made until any checks are cashed or cleared thru the bank. Payment Plans: 90 days same as cash payment plans are available with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Final payment must be received prior to any animals being shipped. The deposit and any received payments may be applied to another animal one time during the payment period if you decide you would like something else. We want you to be happy with your decision.
